I had called with an insurance question the day of my appointment which I thought was later in the afternoon.The receptionist that answered told me I had already missed it and was assessed a $50 no show fee.
She did not offer to reschedule it or ask if I needed anything else. Or even answer my original question. That was the end of the conversation for her.
I had called the day before but NO ONE is available in the office between noon and 1:30 p.m.So now I owe $50 to them and still have no appointment.
